Big shouts to everyone who was brave/stupid enough to do full pieces in the near 0 temperatures this weekend. Despite the weather it was a good time, and a lot of good pieces got handled.
I decided to paint a version of an old sketch Sirum gave me me 2 yrs ago.

A few months back I saw an article about Damon Ginandes on the Juxtapoz blog. Me and Damon grew up together skateboarding, doing graffiti, drawing, reading comic books, and exploring nyc. Damon has moved on to explore sculpture, Fine art, and find new ways to bring his characters to life.
Check out his website HERE.
On another note, the first time we ever hung out (maybe 1993) we went to his house and his older sister had left a Ouija board out. Since we didnt really know each other too well we decided this would be a perfect way to figure out if Ouija boards really do work. To prevent ourselves from cheating I would put my hand on it, cover my face and look away when asking my question, Damon would read me back the answer. It worked so well we both couldn’t believe the other person wasn’t cheating.
